About Company Seal Generator

A company seal follows a well-worn convention: the registered name curves over the top, the place sits along the bottom, a star or diamond marks each side where the two meet, and the middle carries the reason the seal is being applied. This generator starts you on that layout with a double ring and a classic serif, so you only have to change the words.

Keep the ring text short enough to stay legible — a long legal name at small letter spacing becomes a grey smudge once the seal is shrunk onto an invoice. If the name will not fit comfortably, move part of it to a centre line instead, or widen the stamp's ring text size and reduce the spacing.

Download the transparent PNG for letterheads and digital documents; pick a 2000 or 3000 px export if the seal is going to print. As with every tool here, the seal is drawn in your browser and the wording never leaves your machine.

One caution worth stating plainly: a seal carries authority only if you are entitled to use it. Create seals for your own organisation, not for anyone else's.

Frequently asked questions

What should a company seal usually say?
Most carry the registered company name around the top, the city or registered office underneath, and a short purpose in the middle — commonly 'Authorised Signatory', 'For [Company Name]', or 'Director'. Check what your own jurisdiction expects before relying on one.
Does this make my seal official?
No. It produces an image that looks like a seal. Legal standing comes from your jurisdiction and your authority to act for the company, not from the picture — only make seals for an organisation you are entitled to represent.
Is the downloaded stamp transparent?
Yes. Leave 'Transparent background' ticked and download the PNG — the area around and inside the stamp stays clear, so you can drop it straight onto a document, invoice or photo. The JPG option always comes with a white background, because JPG cannot store transparency.
What size should I download?
1000 × 1000 px suits most on-screen and A4 use. Pick 2000 or 3000 px if the stamp will be printed large or placed on a high-resolution scan — it is drawn fresh at that size, not scaled up, so it stays sharp.
Can I put the stamp on a PDF or a photo?
Yes — download the transparent PNG, then use the watermark tool to place it over an image, or add it as an image in your PDF editor. Because the background is clear, only the ink shows.
Is this a legally valid seal?
No. This is a design tool that produces an image. Whether a seal carries legal weight depends entirely on your jurisdiction and on who is entitled to use it — only create stamps for an organisation you are authorised to represent.
Is it free?
Yes, unlimited and free, with no sign-up and no watermark on what you download.
