Privacy & Cookie Policy

This policy explains how My Live Count | Live Counts For All Social Networks Free ("we", "us") handles information when you use our live counter pages, our free online tools, our digital store and the rest of this website (together, the "Service"). It is written to describe what the site actually does, rather than to cover every theoretical possibility.

The short version

• You do not need an account. We never ask visitors for a password.
• Most of our tools never send your file anywhere. They run inside your browser, and your image or document stays on your device.
• We never store your IP address in readable form — only a one-way hash of it.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not build advertising profiles ourselves.
• The only time we ask for your name and email is when you contact us or buy something.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form — your name, email address, subject and message, so we can reply.
• Store orders — if you buy a digital product we record your name, email address, an optional phone or WhatsApp number, the item ordered, the amount, and the payment reference you give us or that the payment provider returns. The email address is how we reach you about your order; there is no account and no password.

Information collected automatically

• Search queries — the channel names or links you look up. These power features like "trending" and "recently searched". They are stored with an approximate country, and are not linked to you.
• A hashed IP address — when you send the contact form, place an order, or click a promotional button, we store a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP rather than the address itself. It lets us stop spam and abuse by recognising repeated activity from the same source, and it cannot be turned back into your IP address.
• Approximate country, device type and referring page — used in aggregate to understand which tools are useful and where the Service is slow.

What we deliberately do not collect

• No visitor accounts, usernames or passwords.
• No raw IP addresses in our database.
• No contents of the files you process in the browser-based tools.
• No card numbers, bank details or crypto wallet keys — see section 6.

2. Your files and how our tools work

This is the part most people want to know about, so we are specific.

The large majority of our tools run entirely inside your browser. Compressing, resizing, cropping, converting, rotating, watermarking, merging and splitting images, creating PDFs from images, and every text, code, calculator and converter tool — all of these process your file on your own device using JavaScript. The file is never uploaded, we never receive it, and it is not stored anywhere. You can load one of these pages, disconnect from the internet, and it will still work.

A small number of tools genuinely need a server, because they rely on software that cannot run in a browser. These are background removal, AI photo enhancement and upscaling, the passport-photo background replacement, and the PDF operations that need a document engine — Office conversions, OCR, compression and repair. For those tools, and only those, your file is sent to our server over an encrypted connection, processed in memory, and deleted immediately after the result is returned. We do not keep a copy and we do not look at your files. Every tool page states clearly, above the upload box, whether it runs in your browser or on our server.

3. Public platform data

Subscriber, follower, view and video figures shown on our counters come from official platform APIs such as the YouTube Data API, and are already public. We cache them briefly so pages load quickly and so we do not make unnecessary requests. We do not collect private information about any channel or its owner, and where an owner has chosen to hide a count we show it as hidden rather than estimating it.

4. Cookies & similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and browser-storage entries:

• Essential — a session cookie that keeps basic functions working, such as form security tokens. It holds no personal profile.
• Preferences — your light/dark theme choice, your language choice, and notices you have dismissed. These are kept in your browser's local storage and are never sent to us.
• Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage: which pages are visited, approximate location and device type. Google Analytics sets its own cookies. See how Google processes this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
• Advertising — described in section 5.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking them will not stop the browser-based tools from working.

5. Advertising

We may display advertising supplied by Google AdSense to keep the tools free to use.

• Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site.
• Google's use of the DoubleClick DART cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, and you can opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices.
• Third-party ad networks set their own cookies and have their own privacy policies. We do not control them, and we do not pass them your name, email address or the contents of your files.

6. Payments

If you buy a digital product, the payment itself is handled by an external payment provider — currently Heleket and/or Cryptomus for cryptocurrency payments, or a direct transfer to a UPI ID, bank account or wallet address shown on your order page.

• Card numbers, bank credentials and wallet private keys never touch this website. When a hosted checkout is used you complete the payment on the provider's own page.
• We share only what the provider needs to raise the invoice: the order reference and the amount. The provider tells us whether the payment succeeded.
• Your download link is a long random token tied to your order. Anyone holding that link can download the file, so treat it as private. It expires after 30 days or 10 downloads.
• Those providers are independent controllers of the data you give them. See heleket.com and cryptomus.com for their policies.

7. How we use information

• To provide the Service and show you the result you asked for.
• To reply to your messages and to fulfil and support orders you place.
• To keep the Service secure — detecting spam, abuse and automated flooding.
• To understand aggregate usage so we know which tools to improve.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations where they apply to a purchase.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your contact details to send marketing you did not ask for.

8. Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site, and only with what they need:

• Our hosting provider, which stores the database and serves the website.
• Google (Analytics and, where enabled, AdSense), as described above.
• Payment providers, as described in section 6.
• Authorities, if we are legally required to and only to the extent required.

9. Data retention

• Contact messages — kept while we deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Messages our spam filter flags are kept separately and can be deleted in bulk.
• Orders — kept as a record of the sale for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• Search logs and click records — kept in aggregate and pruned periodically.
• Files sent to our server-side tools — deleted immediately after processing; they are not retained at all.
• Cached public platform data — refreshed continuously and holds no personal data about you.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. Because we do not operate visitor accounts, in most cases the only data tied to you is a contact message or an order.

To make a request, email us from the address you used, quoting your order reference if you have one, so we can find the right record. We will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Administrative access is password-protected and rate-limited, IP addresses are stored only as one-way hashes, product files are kept outside the public web root and can only be reached through a one-time download token, and payment webhooks are verified with a cryptographic signature before any order is treated as paid. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not collect data we do not need — which is the most effective protection there is.

12. International visitors

The Service is available worldwide and our servers may be located in a different country from you. By using the Service you understand that the limited information described above may be processed there.

13. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes — for example when a new tool or payment method is added. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be made obvious on the site.
