Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of My Live Count | Live Counts For All Social Networks Free (the "Service") — our live counter pages, our free online tools, our digital store and everything else on this website. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

We provide real-time follower and subscriber counters, a large collection of free online tools for images, PDFs, text and everyday calculations, and a small store selling digital products. Most of it is free and needs no account. We may add, change or withdraw features at any time.

2. No account, and your responsibility

You do not create an account to use the Service, so there is no password for you to protect. You are responsible for what you upload, paste or generate, and for making sure you have the right to use it. Do not use the Service to process material you do not own or have permission to handle.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to process illegal material.
• Attempt to break, overload, probe or bypass any part of the Service, its rate limits or its security.
• Scrape, resell or systematically copy our content, or run automated requests at a volume that degrades the Service for others.
• Use the tools to impersonate a person or organisation, to forge documents or identification, or to produce material intended to deceive — including misuse of the signature, stamp, seal and ID-photo tools.
• Upload malware, or attempt to use a file to attack our systems or other users.

We may block access, without notice, where we believe these rules are being broken.

4. Your files and the tools

Most of our tools run entirely inside your browser and your file never reaches us. A small number need a server — background removal, AI enhancement, the passport-photo background, and the PDF operations that require a document engine. For those, your file is processed and then deleted immediately; we do not keep it. Each tool page states which applies. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

You keep all rights in the files you process. We claim no ownership of your content and do not use it to train anything.

5. Accuracy and availability

Counter figures come from third-party platform APIs and are cached briefly, so they may lag or differ from what a platform shows elsewhere. Calculator results, conversions and generated text are provided for general use and may contain errors. Nothing on this site is professional advice — financial, medical, legal or otherwise. Check anything important before you rely on it. See our Disclaimer.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend it for maintenance.

6. Purchases and digital products

If you buy a digital product from our store:

• Your order page is the record of the purchase. The download link on it is private to you — anyone holding that link can download the file, so do not share it.
• Download links are valid for 30 days and up to 10 downloads. If yours expires or runs out, contact us and we will reissue it.
• Payment is handled by an external provider. We never see or store your card details, banking credentials or wallet keys.
• Prices are shown before you order. You are responsible for any taxes or fees that apply where you live.
• You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use what you buy. You may not resell, redistribute or republish it as your own.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, text, code and branding are ours and may not be copied or reused without permission. Files you create with the tools are yours.

8. Third-party names and trademarks

YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X and other platform names and logos belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. We reference them only to describe what our tools do.

9. Advertising and third-party links

The Service is supported by advertising and may contain links to other websites. We do not control those sites or advertisers and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or any damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including decisions made on the basis of a figure or result it produced. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, which for free use of the Service is nil.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.

12. Suspension

We may restrict or withdraw access to the Service where these terms are broken, or where necessary to protect the Service or other users.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. The date at the top always shows the current version, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
